This website is operated by Slabtown Card Shop. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Slabtown Card Shop. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on our website.
Products and Collectibles
Slabtown Card Shop sells collectible products including graded trading cards, raw trading cards, sealed products, card supplies, and related merchandise.
For individually photographed cards and graded slabs, the item shown in the listing is intended to represent the actual item you will receive unless otherwise stated. Customers should review available photographs, descriptions, grading information, and other listing details before purchasing.
Third-party grading information, including grades, certification numbers, population information, and labels, may originate from independent grading companies. Slabtown Card Shop is not affiliated with or responsible for the grading standards or determinations of third-party grading companies.
Pricing and Listing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, inventory quantities, and other information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Slabtown Card Shop reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, inventory, synchronization, typographical, or listing error, including errors caused by third-party software or marketplace integrations.
If an affected order has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders and Availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, listing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the transaction.
Because many collectible items are unique or available in limited quantities, an item may become unavailable before inventory systems are updated.
Payment
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available through our online store.
Final Sale and Returns
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and graded cards, sales of individual cards and slabs are final except when an item arrives damaged, the incorrect item was shipped, or the item received is materially different from its listing.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Slabtown Card Shop promptly after delivery and provide your order information along with photographs when appropriate.
Eligibility for returns, refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be handled in accordance with our Refund/Return Policy and applicable law.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been completed. Shipping options, charges, tracking, delivery issues, and other shipping matters are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
Website Use
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Slabtown Card Shop branding, original graphics, logos, website content, photographs created by us, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Slabtown Card Shop and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
