Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of our products and changing market values, all sales are final. Slabtown Card Shop does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, market price changes, or buyer’s remorse.

Graded Cards & Raw Singles
Please review all product images carefully before purchasing. For individually photographed cards and slabs, the item pictured is the exact item you will receive. Grades assigned by third-party grading companies are their determination and are not guaranteed by Slabtown Card Shop.

Sealed Products
Sealed trading card products are final sale and must remain factory sealed. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unwrapped, or had their factory seal altered.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping materials when applicable.

If we determine that an item was damaged in transit or that an error was made with your order, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement when available or a refund.

Order Cancellations
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
