SHIPPING POLICY

At Slabtown Card Shop, we know collectors want their cards to arrive safely and quickly. We take care when packaging every order, whether you're purchasing a graded slab, raw single, sealed product, or supplies.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Available shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and destination. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier begin after your order has been shipped and are not guaranteed by Slabtown Card Shop.

Tracking
When tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Packaging
We package collectibles with care to help protect them during transit. Graded cards, raw singles, sealed products, and other collectibles may be packaged differently depending on the size and contents of the order.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience an issue with a shipment, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact Slabtown Card Shop as soon as possible with your order information and, for damaged shipments, photos of the packaging and item. We'll review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.
